Tevez is yet to agree a permanent deal with United and his two-year loan deal at Old Trafford will end at the end of the season.
“I think we’ve made it very clear until now that we’ve always said he’s a Man United player and if anybody wants to buy Carlos or talk about Carlos they must talk to United,” he said.
“We’re not in the process of people trying to contact us etc etc. We’ve never entertained any conversations or chats with (other clubs) about him.
“The fact is that he’s got six months left on his contract and he’s happy to see that through and, as he has said, he wants to win the title again, the Champions League again. He wants to win an FA Cup and now even the Carling Cup so he’s very up for trying to get as many trophies as he can.”
Joorabchian added: “He’s saying ‘I’m happy to continue doing what I do best. If I get a new contract and everything works out, fantastic. If it doesn’t, I’ll go to another club’.”
Real madrid are among the clubs being linked with a move for the Argentina international.
