Tevez told the News of the World: “My future depends on so many things and is unknown to me, but West Ham was never my idea of a passport to England.
“I thought the club would be perfect for me.
“I came to West Ham intending to become an idol. I was prepared mentally and physically, ready to give maximum effort.
“But what has happened to me is incredible.
