The Mirror says the 22-year-old will leave Sporting Lisbon in January after falling out of favour with coach Paulo Bento.
Vukcevic said: “I’ve already decided I’ll leave in December. This is a very difficult situation for me and I’m going to ask the club if I can leave in the winter.
“I know English clubs were interested in me during the summer but nothing happened. My agent will have to act now.”
