Tuncay would like to leave the club if he cannot be guaranteed more first-team football at Stoke next season.
Tuncay made just 13 Premier League stars for Stoke last season since joining the club from Middlesbrough in a £5million deal.
Stoke are reportedly ready to sell Tuncay if they can get around £5million for the forward.
