Wayne Rooney, Ryan Giggs, Darren Fletcher, Park Ji-sung and Patrice Evra will all miss the game.
Giggs picked up a knock during United’s 2-1 win over Bolton on Saturday. Evra also picked up a knock in the game.
Rooney is still out with the calf strain suffered while on international duty with England.
Nemanja Vidic will return to action after he missed the game against the Trotters due to an ankle problem.
