The Spanish giants are on the lookout for a new midfielder as they may be forced to sell David Silva and Juan Mata this summer, due to their financial problems.
De Guzman has been a hit at Feyenoord this season and has been linked with several European giants.
The 21-year-old’s contract with the Dutch side expires in 2010.
