The Spaniards are second in Group B, but have just one home game remaining.
But Emery is not worries ahead of their clash with Slavia in Prague on Thursday.
“The game is very important, but not decisive. We will show our opponent a lot of respect. They are a good team with great players and can win,” Emery told a press conference.
“We will look to win and the players that play are capable of doing so. We will field a different 11 to that which finished the game against Malaga.”
Emery also insisted that they can cope without striker David Villa, who is suspended for their next two games in Europe.
He added: “We cannot rely on any position or player because we would not be competitive. Other players can replace him [Villa]. They are good enough to maintain our level.”
