Los Che have already sold David Villa and David Silva this summer and Mata has been linked with a move to Barcelona.
Mata has a €60million buyout clause in his contract.
“Mata will not be sold. That is imperative. If someone comes and pays the players buyout clause, obviously he could leave but there is not going to be such an offer,” Llorente said.
