The 30-year-old’s contract with PSV is expiring this summer.
“PSV are of the opinion that it’s important for Andy van der Meyde to get regular first team action. We are unable to offer him playing time with the senior side though,” said general director Jan Reker.
Van der Meyde joined PSV on a free transfer in April this year.
