Austbo has signed a two-year contract with Viking. The 28-year-old will replace Rune Almenning Jarstein, who is out of contract.
Jorgensen joins Viking from Swedish side Elfsborg and has signed a three-year deal with Viking.
Reports also suggest that Viking har close to signing former Sandnes Ulf ace Bjornar Holmvik.
