The Daily Star reports that Di Matteo is ready to battle it out with Turkish giants Fenerbahce for Tuncay this summer.
Stoke manager Tony Pulis is ready to cut his losses and sell Tuncay, who he paid £5million for at the start of the season.
Tuncay has failed to make an impact at Stoke, starting just 13 league games.
