Magnusson said: “The players need to think a little bit about their own performance.
“The manager criticised them after we lost 6-0 at Reading. If they were upset by that then perhaps they should look in the mirror.
“There is obviously something wrong if they take that kind of attitude.
“We know what we have to do, we have to stick together.
“The players, management and directors – everybody has to stick together.
“I am a fighter, a born fighter. I love fights, so the only thing I am thinking about is to fight my way out of this.
“Every game now will be like a cup final for us. Everyone at the club realises that and will go into these games with that in mind.”
