His Shakhtar Donetsk coach Mircea Lucescu revealed this week that the Brazilian had been the subject of a bid from Chelsea which was rejected.
“I do not know what the coach said, but the correct figure is €25M”, Willian told Globoesporte.
“Regardless of price, it is clear that I have the desire to play at a great club like Chelsea, the champions of the Champions League.
“I am really upset with the board for not letting me leave. It would be good for me and also for the club.
