The former Liverpool winger is keen on getting regular first-team football and his contract with Marseille expires at the end of the season.
Pierre Zenden, Boudewijn’s agent and father, told Sportweek: “PSV could be an option. Boudewijn is certainly not negative to that.
“It is also the question if Marseille will let him leave. That would be decent, as he has come to the club on a free transfer and has only six months to run on his contract.
“If men like (Mark) Van Bommel and (Andre) Ooijer also return, it will get even more interesting.”
