Vargas’ agent, Carlos Delgado, has reportedly flown to Spain for talks with representatives from Bayern Munich.
Reports claim the agent has told Zenit coach Luciano Spalletti to step up his move to land the Fiorentina star.
“He is a classy player with a strong character. On the field he can perform in numerous roles and I am sure he will be of interest to many teams,” Spalletti was quoted as saying by Championat.ru.
