Zola said: “It is hard to take. I am upset and frustrated and very sorry for the players.
“You could not tell we were fourth from bottom and they were fourth from top.
“But if we keep playing like that, then those results can’t keep happening.”
Zola added on striker Carlton Cole: “He knows he needs to score more goals but we are working on it every day and he is giving 100 per cent every day.”
